Diversity & Inclusion: Fitness for Work Through a Personalized Work Plan For Workers With Disabilities and Chronic Diseases According to the Iso 30415/2021.

The recent standard ISO 30415-2021 - Human resources management - Diversity and inclusion -  was developed internationally within the technical committee ISO/TC 260 "Human resources management" (Working group WG 8 "Diversity and inclusion") and underlines the need for actions to create a work environment that is inclusive of diversity (e.g. in terms of health, gender, age, ethnicity, culture).

Functional results in calcific tendinitis of the shoulder treated with rehabilitation after ultrasonic-guided approach.

Calcific tendinopathy of the rotator cuff is a chronic disease that mostly in the acute phase compromises the articular function. The aim of this study is to estimate the effectiveness of the ultrasonic-guided percutaneous treatment (UGPT) in association with the rehabilitative treatment. We evaluated 106 patients with calcific tendinopathy, treated by UGPT.

This revision established the necessity of explain the link between the causative agent and disease and inserted the disease caused by biomechanics overload of upper limbs. The previous absence of these disease was in contrast to the duty of declaration according to the article 139 of TU 1124/65.

The objective of the study is evalutation of the risk for ticks strings on foresters. The sample constituted by 325 foresters belong to Messina province as been submitted to medical examination venous tests. Whole sample had to answer to a questionnaire to consider.

Purpose of the present note is to assess the risk from Whole-body vibration (WBV) in operators employed in the shunting of engines within the railway stations. The study has been conducted in the cockpits of the shunting engines used within the railway station of Villa S. Giovanni (RC).
