Charged Impurity Scattering and Electron-Electron Interactions in Large-Area Hydrogen Intercalated Bilayer Graphene.

Intercalation is a promising technique to modify the structural and electronic properties of 2D materials on the wafer scale for future electronic device applications. Yet, few reports to date demonstrate 2D intercalation as a viable technique on this scale. Spurred by recent demonstrations of mm-scale sensors, we use hydrogen intercalated quasi-freestanding bilayer graphene (hQBG) grown on 6H-SiC(0001), to understand the electronic properties of a large-area (16 mm) device.

Limited evidence that emergency department care is more costly than other outpatient settings for low-acuity conditions: a systematic review.

Purpose: Caring for patients with low-acuity conditions in Emergency Departments (ED) is often thought to cost more than treating those patients in other ambulatory settings. Understanding the relative cost of care between settings has critical implications for healthcare policy and system design.

Methods: We conducted a systematic review of papers comparing the cost of care for low-acuity and ambulatory care sensitive conditions in ED and other outpatient settings.

High-speed metamagnetic switching of FeRh through Joule heating.

Due to its proximity to room temperature and demonstrated high degree of temperature tunability, FeRh's metamagnetic ordering transition is attractive for novel high-performance computing devices seeking to use magnetism as the state variable. We demonstrate electrical control of the antiferromagnetic-to-ferromagnetic transition via Joule heating in FeRh wires. The magnetic transition of FeRh is accompanied by a change in resistivity, which can be probed electrically and allows for integration into switching devices.

Integrating patient values and preferences in healthcare: a systematic review of qualitative evidence.

Objectives: To identify and thematically analyse how healthcare professionals (HCPs) integrate patient values and preferences ('values integration') in primary care for adults with non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

Design: Systematic review and meta-aggregation methods were used for extraction, synthesis and analysis of qualitative evidence.

Data Sources: Relevant records were sourced using keywords to search 12 databases (ASSIA, CINAHL, DARE, EMBASE, ERIC, Google Scholar, GreyLit, Ovid-MEDLINE, PsycINFO, PubMed-MEDLINE, Scopus and Web of Science).
