Objective: The study was to analyze the relationship laboratory parameters of the blood in acute phase of hemorrhagic stroke and its unfavorable outcomes within 90 days.

Material And Methods: We performed retrospective analysis of 122 patients with hemorrhagic stroke from Dyurtyuli district hospital between 2015 and 2020. The laboratory parameters in patients with favorable and unfavorable outcomes were compared.

The aim of research was to evaluate the impact of erythrocytoses on processes of cardiovascular system's remodelling in patients with dilated and ishaemic cardiomyopathies. 35 (42,2%) patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCMP) with erythrocytoses, 19 (23,5%) without erythrocytosis, 34 (28,4%) patients with ishaemic cardiomyopathy (ICMP) with erythrocytosis and 50 (60,1%) without erythrocytosis were included in the study. It has been established that erythrocytoses don't wield major influence on the heart's haemodynamics, they appear as a consequence of main diseases and not as their reason, which confirms the domination of congestive heart failure's signs of III-IV stages.

In an noninterventional observational open multicenter program CHRONOGRAF the prevalence of markers of chronic kidney disease (CKD) was studied in 1600 patients with arterial hypertension with and without type 2 diabetes mellitus. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) was calculated (CKD‑EPI formula) and albuminuria (AU) was determined as albumin/creatinine (A/Cr) ratio in the morning portion of urine. In 49.

The study was carried out with the purpose of investigating clinical laboratory features of immune reaction in primary patients with acute leucosis and their significance in development of infectious complications. The analysis was applied to indices of immunograms, main anti-inflammatory cytokines - IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and FNOα, molecule of inter-cellular adhesion sICAM-1 and also expression of receptors to IgG (CD16, CD64) on cells of macrophage phagocyte component and intracellular content of myeloperoxidase. It is established that development of infectious complications is connected to imbalance of congenital immunity and is characterized by involvement into systemic inflammation anti-inflammatory cytokines FNOα, IL-6, molecule of inter-cellular adhesion sICAM-1 and reduced capacity of neutrophils to phagocytosis conditioned by insufficiency of membrane expression of receptors to IgG - CD16 combined with enzymatic insufficiency.

The study investigated the issues of iron metabolism under iron-deficiency anemia and chronic disorders anemia and dependencies of production of IL-1? and sICAM-1 immunoinflammatory markers from degree of severity and duration of anemia. The study data indicates that under iron-deficiency anemia lactoferrin and sICAM-1 are the negative regulators of hemopoiesis. The inhibition of transferrin expression by the proinflammatory cytokines is one of the causes of inefficient hemopoiesis under chronic disorders anemia.
