Combustion Synthesis and Photoluminescence Properties of Novel BiAlO:Eu Phosphor for n-UV w-LEDs.

The combustion procedure was used to synthesize BiAlO:Eu phosphors. The XRD and photoluminescence properties are investigations. The XRD patterns consist of an orthorhombic crystal structure.
