Speech comprehension involves the dynamic interplay of multiple cognitive processes, from basic sound perception, to linguistic encoding, and finally to complex semantic-conceptual interpretations. How the brain handles the diverse streams of information processing remains poorly understood. Applying Hidden Markov Modeling to fMRI data obtained during spoken narrative comprehension, we reveal that the whole brain networks predominantly oscillate within a tripartite latent state space.

In recent years, it has been reported that there are PRV mutants, but the traditional vaccine can not completely prevent or control the infection of PRV, so there is an urgent need to develop new broad-spectrum anti-disease drugs for prevention and treatment. PNGase F from bacteria can catalyze the hydrolysis of oligosaccharides linked to asparagine residues on peptides, so we speculate that PNGase F can inhibit virus infection by removing the glycosylation of virus membrane glycoproteins.

We present ultrasensitive reweighted visible stimulated Raman scattering (URV-SRS), a label-free vibrational imaging technique for multiplexed nanoscopy of intracellular metabolites. We developed a visible SRS microscope with extensive pulse chirping to improve the detection limit to ~4,000 molecules and introduced a self-supervised multi-agent denoiser to suppress non-independent noise in SRS by over 7.

Advances in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation profiling using liquid biopsies offer a promising non-invasive diagnostic option, but robust biomarkers for early detection are current not available. This study aimed to identify methylation biomarkers for RCC and establish a DNA methylation signature-based prognostic model for this disease.
