Objective: To determine the frequency of pregnancy in patients submitted to uterine artery embolization (UAE) for the treatment of uterine leiomyomas who undergo medical follow-up at a clinic in Belo Horizonte.

Methods: This study consists of a retrospective cohort study. It is based on data analysis of electronic medical records of patients who underwent the embolization procedure for uterine leiomyomas between March 2003 and March 2018.

Objective: To structure a proposal for implementing and monitoring the nursing care protocol for the safety of adult patients with external ventricular drains.

Method: Descriptive exploratory research based on Implementation Science, with intentional sampling. Carried out in a hospital complex in southern Brazil, between May and December 2022, in four stages: online questionnaire on knowledge of care for patients with external ventricular shunt for nurses; matrix of proposed indicators with key actors; self-instructional online course for nurses; synthesis of the existing protocol.

Objectives: To analyze the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the productivity of general teaching hospitals in Brazil, by region and legal entity, and to propose parameters of care.

Methods: This was an observational study by means of mathematical modeling with data envelopment analysis and Malmquist index, using data on inputs and healthcare output before (2019) and during (2021) the pandemic.

Results: A total of 149 general teaching hospitals were analyzed, 32 of which were considered efficient.

Objective: To map postoperative nursing care for critically ill adult and older patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit after cytoreduction surgery with hyperthermic intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

Method: TScoping review according to the JBI methodology, with articles extracted from databases and gray literature, with no language or publica-tion date delimitation. The studies selection and results extraction process was carried out by two independent reviewers, using the soft-ware EndNote® and Rayyan®.
