Fabrication of Oro-Dispersible Sodium Valproate-Loaded Nanofibrous Patches for Immediate Epileptic Innervation.

Epilepsy is one of the oldest neurological disorders discovered by mankind. This condition is firmly coupled with unprovoked seizures stimulated by irrepressible neuroelectrical blasts. Orally taken valproate family has been employed for prophylactic management; however, oral administration is not applicable for critical scenarios, thus calling for medication routes fulfilling necessities of immediate innervation.

Evaluation of corporate experiences during the accreditation process in the field of health - A qualitative study.

Objective: In our study, we attempted to determine the accreditation process experience of hospital senior managers accredited by the Turkish Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute (TUSKA). Along with the institutions' accomplishments through the accreditation program, the major challenges they faced during the accreditation process were revealed.

Methods: One of the qualitative research designs used was interpretive phenomenological analysis, which was carried out through semi-structured interviews with hospital senior managers.

Access to allogeneic and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (SCT) remains inadequate despite its curative potential across hematologic malignancies. Thirdhand Smoke Exposure Ignored by Pediatricians: A Cross-sectional Study.

Thirdhand smoke (THS) is defined as the harmful substances in cigarette smoke that are absorbed into objects, people, and surfaces after smoking. This study aimed to determine the level of awareness of pediatricians working in a tertiary healthcare institution about THS exposure. In this cross-sectional study, participants were asked to fill out an information form in which we questioned the participant's age, sex, occupation in the institution, the exposure of pediatric patients to cigarette smoke during daily healthcare, tobacco product use status, smoking status in their home and car, behavior in case of smoking in closed areas where smoking is prohibited, and whether they knew the term of THS.
