Background: The Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic shoulder and elbow score (KJOC) is sensitive enough to detect subtle changes in the functional level of the shoulder or elbow in overhead athletes. However, a Japanese version of the KJOC is not yet available. Moreover, the original KJOC uses a visual analog scale (VAS) assessment format that requires a print version so that users can add a check mark along a horizontal line.

Marked Response to Nivolumab by a Patient With SMARCA4-Deficient Undifferentiated Urothelial Carcinoma Showing High PD-L1 Expression: A Case Report.

Background: SMARCA4 is a component gene of the SWI/SNF (SWItch/Sucrose NonFermentable) chromatin remodeling complex; undifferentiated tumors associated with its functional deletion have been described in several organs. However, no established treatment for these tumors currently exists.

Case: In this study, we report a case of a SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated urothelial carcinoma with high PD-L1 expression that was effectively treated with nivolumab after early relapse following treatment for non-invasive bladder cancer.

Objectives: Anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the most serious ligamentous injuries. The purpose is to compare the impact of the ankle joint on the knee during landing between athletes with chronic instability and a control group (coper group) and to verify the effects of the kinetic chain from other joints.

Association between three-dimensional gait kinematics and joint-line inclination in osteoarthritic knees compared with normal knees: An epidemiological study.

Purpose: No report has proven how tibial and femoral joint-line inclinations affect thigh and shank motion, respectively, according to Kellgren-Lawrence grade in motion analysis with a sufficient sample size. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the motion of the thigh and shank individually from the ground and the relative motion between bones in a large-sample motion analysis to determine the differences between normal and osteoarthritic knees and examine the effects of tibial and femoral joint-line inclination on motion according to osteoarthritis (OA) grade.

Methods: Of 459 participants with healthy knees and varus knee OA undergoing three-dimensional gait analysis, 383 (218 females and 165 males) with an average age of 68 ± 13 years were selected.
