[Telemedicine: opinions of dermatovenerologist and patient].

The article presents the results of the survey of the dermatovenereologists and patients to explore their attitude to the telemedicine consultations. It is found that most of the dermatovenereologists have the positive attitude towards telemedicine consultations. From the perspective of patients using telemedicine technology is likely to breach the protection of personal privacy.

[Consultative dermatovenereologic help in multi-profile hospital based on internet technologies].

The authors of this article presented the organizational aspects of dermatovenereologic help in multiphasic hospital on the basis of IT. The scheme of web-consultation is developed. This scheme can bring dermatovenereologic help in outlying garrison and reduce the expenses of delivering of such help.

[An automized workplace of dermatologist in multiprofile hospital].

The article presents an investigation of general requirements to deploy of automized workplace of medical specialists, including derma-venereologic profile, functions of automized workplace, it's software. Was shown which functional duties of staff of unit permits optimize the automized workplace.

[Several aspects of using of telemedical technologies in dermatology].

There was effectuated an analyze of introduction of telemedical technologies in Russia and abroad. Was shown that the USA Armed Forces are one of active developers of telemedical technologies and user of them. It was marked that in dermatology, in contrast to other medical sciences, the diagnosis is made by dint of eyes, that's why it's very important to presents photos of evidence of dermatosis and histologic specimen.
