Culture of immature buckwheat embryos is an excellent explant for tissue culture and regeneration in vitro, as well as a method of embryo rescue in case of fruit abortion especially in interspecific crosses. Here, we describe the method of immature embryo rescue using a differentiated approach to different age groups. The method involves the development of embryos along the path of direct embryogenesis bypassing the callus stage.

DHNs are therefore considered specific markers of cold resistance by some authors. DHNs accumulate in plants concomitantly with a reduction of intracellular water content, and presumably protect membranes and proteins from damage caused by moisture loss.

The reparative regeneration of striated muscular tissue of the external rectal sphincter was studied in albino rat following its injury caused by rectal stretching. It was shown that despite some peculiar features, the regeneration developed in accordance with histogenetic determination. Along with the death of some muscle fibers, some others were activated with the formation of undifferentiated elements.
