Objective: The aim of the study evaluate the quality of life of employees of the North Eastern Federal University.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The respondents to the WHO QoL 100 questionnaire were 37 teachers and 32 support staff with an average age of 44 years.

Results: Results and conclusions: There is a higher correlation between assessments of overall satisfaction with the quality of life and individual areas in the group of surveyed teachers compared to the group of support staff.
