Technetium(I) 2 + 1 tricarbonyl complexes with a combination of ,-bidentate ligands (2,2'-bipyridine, bipy; 1,10-phenanthroline, phen) and ethyl isocyanoacetate were prepared and characterized by NMR, IR, UV/visible, and luminescence spectroscopies and by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The crystal structures of [Tc(CO)(bipy)(CNCHCOOEt)](ClO) (in the form of a solvate with 0.5CHCl) and [Tc(CO)(phen)(CNCHCOOEt)](ClO) (in the form of an adduct with an outer-sphere phen molecule) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.

On the other hand, [TcH(CO)] becomes the major product when the reaction with alkali is combined with the extraction into hexane. The molecular structure of TcH(CO), determined by SCXRD, is composed of the Tc(CO) fragment bound to the Tc(CO) fragment via the hydrogen bridge and weak metal-metal bond.

It was found that the magnetization of both distilled water and «Karachinskaya» mineral water increase their structuredness. Magnetization changes the biological properties of therapeutic peloids by virtue of a change in the structure of water and, accordingly, the structuring of the water fraction of therapeutic muds.

Methods: It was examined 397 men with CHD, including 274 EW of 1986-1987 and 123 non irradiated persons (con trol group) who were 66±10 and 69±11 years old relatively. The program studies included clinical examination, elec trocardiography (ECG), ECG daily monitoring, ECG stress testing, echo doppler cardiography, analysis of serum lipid spectrum, polymerase chain reaction with restriction of reaction products, retrospective analysis of case histories.
Technetium pentacarbonyl fluoride [TcF(CO)5] was prepared for the first time by reaction of [TcI(CO)5] with solid AgF in a dichloromethane solution at -23 °C. Low temperature crystallization of the resulting compound in a glass vial yielded an unusual complex [Tc(CO)3(OH)0.49F0.
