The results were assessed according to a specially developed comprehensive scheme with due consideration for recovery of individual structures of the hand and of its total function. Good and satisfactory results were achieved in 96 percent of patients, which fact recommends combined surgical interventions for the treatment of neglected injuries to the hand and finger nerves.
