[The influence of hydrokinesitherapy on motor and cardiorespiratory functions in hereditary myopathy of childhood].

Objective: To evaluate the impact of regular hydrokinesotherapy sessions and indicators of cardiorespiratory functions on the motor abilities of patients with hereditary myopathy of childhood.

Material And Methods: The study included 63 patients with genetically confirmed hereditary myopathy. Group 1 included 32 patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who were in the early ambulatory stage.

[Establishment and development of rehabilitation medicine in Russia: the role of the Russian Academy of Sciences].

An analysis of the results of studying physical therapy methods obtained for 300 years of existence of the Russian Academy of Sciences is presented. The first hundred years brought together attempts of physical therapy methods' experiential studiyng, which led to the formation of physiotherapy in the late 19 century. The synthesis of empirical knowledge allowed to form unifying theories of restorative and rehabilitation medicine in the 20 century.

[International Classification of Health Interventions of World Health Organization as the basis for a new nomenclature of medical rehabilitation services].

Unlabelled: The development of health care system, including medical rehabilitation, in the Russian Federation is required updating nomenclature of simple and complex medical services and establishing its detailed list. The latter should integrate international experience and features of domestic health care system.

Objective: To analyze the structure of International Classification of Health Interventions (ICHI) of World Health Organization (WHO) and the possibilities of its practical application in domestic medical rehabilitation system.

[Rehabilitative technologies in patients after total endoprosthesis of lower limbs' major joints: scientometric analysis].

Dynamically developing sphere of physical and rehabilitative medicine raises an important issue on implementation of technologies with proven effectiveness to recover neuromuscular, skeletal and movement-related functions, activity and partipation of traumatological patients into rehabilitation practice. The aim of this review is the consistent information analysis and synthesis of evidence-based researches of current effective methods in the context of medical rehabilitation after endoprosthesis of lower limbs' major joints, as well as the provision of structured information that helps to influence on decision-making for doctors of physical and rehabilitative medicine and other professionals who take part in multidisciplinary interaction.
