The large number of studies occurred in recent decades show the effect of sex hormones on pain sensitivity and response to analgesics. The purpose of current study was to assess the correlation between the mechanical pain sensitivity degree and the dynamics of the μ-opioid receptor protein (MOR) concentration, also to investigate the correlation of sex hormones levels with the degree of mechanical pain sensitivity and the dynamics of MOR concentration. A decreased mechanical pressure threshold, mechanical pain threshold and mechanical pain tolerance have been revealed in the luteal phase of the OMC.

The study involved 94 healthy untrained young men aged 18-22 years - I group (control), and 60 trained volunteers aged 18-25 years - II group, who during the period of the study and for at least three years prior have been following active regular physical exercise regimen(weight lifting), but were not professional athletes. In order to evaluate the heart rate variability the following statistical indicators were studied: arithmetic mean, the arithmetic mean of the error variance, dispersion, the arithmetic mean deviation, coefficient of skewness, kurtosis, standard deviation of the mean.

Preliminary data of cold and heat sensations, and mechanical pressure thresholds and pressure pain thresholds in healthy student volunteers are reported in the study. We did not find any statistically significant differences of these indexes in relation to ethnicity. However, we revealed gender related differences on the mechanical pressure pain threshold and not for mechanical pressure sensation threshold.

Back in the 70s of the 20th century by I. Mepisashvili and her school, it has been found that at the early stages of postnatal development of animals in the matrix area of the dorsolateral wall of the lateral ventricles there is a certain reserve of indifferent cells, which, like the embryonic period, by means of proliferation, migration and subsequent differentiation of their derivatives replenish the structure of the cortex with new glial and nerve cells and appear to be the major source of reparative regeneration of the CNS.

The correlation of body mass is marked with the basic hemodynamic parameters and likewise the indices of double production depend on systolic pressure and heart rate. In adolescents troubled with juvenile arterial hypertension is noticed intensification of sympathetic link of regulatory mechanisms of vegetative nervous system and unsatisfactory hypersympathetic reaction on orthostatic test which shows the total disbalance of the organism.
