Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is associated with well-established metabolic risk factors, especially hyperlipidemia and obesity. Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (mIRI) significantly offsets the therapeutic efficacy of revascularization. Previous studies indicated that disrupted lipid homeostasis can lead to lipid peroxidation damage and inflammation, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.

Results following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for TP53-mutated myeloid malignancies are disappointing. Several HSCT centers decline to perform HSCT for patients with TP53 mutation because of poor outcomes. In this study, we analyzed 240 patients with TP53-mutated myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that underwent HSCT.

This study designs and develops a wearable exoskeleton piano assistance system for individuals recovering from neurological injuries, aiming to help users regain the ability to perform complex tasks such as playing the piano. While soft robotic exoskeletons have proven effective in rehabilitation therapy and daily activity assistance, challenges remain in performing highly dexterous tasks due to structural complexity and insufficient motion accuracy. To address these issues, we developed a modular division method based on multi-domain mapping and a top-down process model.

: Obesity presents a significant global public health challenge and is associated with declines in both general and food-related inhibitory control, crucial for maintaining a healthy weight and preventing obesity progression. An increasing body of research suggests that acute aerobic exercise may improve inhibitory function. However, the effects and underlying mechanisms of acute aerobic exercise on both general and food-related inhibition in obese adults remain unclear.

Drought stress and lateral branches are both important factors affecting crop yield. Cucumber is a widely planted vegetable crop that requires a large amount of water during its production and varieties with few lateral branches are preferred. However, the mechanisms regulating cucumber drought tolerance and lateral branch development remain largely unclear.
