EPIDemio study is a multicenter, prospective and observational study. The objective is to estimate the prevalence and incidence of fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) in the department of Haute Garonne (31) in France. Fifty-five pulmonologists from the Toulouse university hospital and 8 private establishments participated in this study.

The primary objective of this study was to analyze the perioperative factors associated with AKI according to Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcome (KDIGO) criteria during hospitalization in an intensive care unit (ICU) after LT.
Methods: This was a single-center, observational, prospective study.
Presence of anti-human leukocyte antigen donor-specific antibodies (DSAs) is associated with poor outcome after lung transplantation. Currently, DSAs are detected using the Luminex technique, which may be overly sensitive. The new C1q assay allows for the exclusive detection of complement (C1q)-binding antibodies, involved in antibody-mediated rejection.
