The implementation of circular economy (CE) policies in the management of urban policies have become essential for improving overall quality of life, development of green energy, and environmental management hence improving the image of cities. This research focuses on uncovering the core concepts of CE within urban environments, emphasizing actions that can improve green energy and environmental management. The CE aims to create a closed-loop system by prioritizing practices like remanufacturing, reusing, and recycling, which collectively help decrease resource usage and limit environmental damage.

Preference for HIV Pre-exposure Prophylaxis Access Among Men who Have Sex With Men in China: A Discrete Choice Experiment.

Background: HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is highly effective but not widely used by men who have sex with men (MSM; 27%) in China.

Methods: In June 2023, an online cross-sectional survey with a discrete choice experiment (DCE) was distributed to PrEP-eligible MSM in China who were at least 18 years old. The DCE explored attributes of PrEP modality (daily pill, on-demand pill, injections, implants), clinical care model (same-day, 2-visit, telehealth prescription), medication pickup (clinic, community health center, pharmacy, MSM-focused community-based organization, home delivery), enhanced support (self-management, smartphone app, text reminder, anonymous peer support group), and cost.

Network characteristics of comorbid symptoms in alcohol use disorder.

Background: Individuals with alcohol use disorder (AUD) often experience symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and decreased sleep quality. Although these are not diagnostic criteria, they may increase dependence risk and complicate treatment. This study aims to analyze comorbidities and their complex relationships in AUD patients through epidemiological surveys and network analysis.

Elucidating the bidirectional association between autoimmune diseases and depression: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Question: Collective evidence for the bidirectional association between depression and autoimmune diseases (ADs) is scarce, especially for subgroups of patients with specific ADs. We conducted a meta-analysis to determine the incidence rates and relative risks (RRs) of depression among patients with ADs, and vice versa.

Study Selection And Analysis: PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Ovid, PsycNet and Cochrane were searched up to 10 September 2024.

Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted across multiple databases, including PubMed, Embase, Sino Med, CNKI, WANFANG DATA, and Cochrane. We included studies comparing vacuum suction RIRS with non-vacuum RIRS.
