Introduction: The current investigation presents a two-fold approach to rediscovering the potential of as a wild edible plant, both in its raw extract form and as a nanoformulated product. Furthermore, the study aimed to promote the valorization of traditional dishes and contribute to biodiversity conservation and sustainable use of , thus enhancing economic profits.

Methods: Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analyses were conducted to characterize the metabolite profile of the raw and cooked leaf extracts, and the extract from discarded leaves.

Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) technologies play a significant role in climate change mitigation, as these platforms aim to capture and convert CO that would be otherwise emitted into the atmosphere. Effective and economically sustainable technologies are crucial to support the transition to renewable and low-carbon energy sources by 2030 and beyond. Currently, studies exploring the financial viability of CCU technologies besides the joint analyses of life-cycle costs and environmental and social impacts are still limited.

Introduction: Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) is the gold-standard for the treatment of benign prostate enlargement (BPE) associated with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), after failure of conservative therapy. At present, only resection-rate (grams of prostate resected over time) is regarded as an efficiency parameter to evaluate the skill of the operator and to assess the outcome of the procedure.

Materials And Methods: Five surgeons performed TURP using a Gyrus-type bipolar system in 123 patients with BPE/LUTS who came to our observation from June 2016 to December 2019.

Identifying the most suitable strategy for the adaptive reuse of historic architectural heritage is a complex challenge. This is because each rehabilitation project of an abandoned historic building must not only ensure the simultaneous pursuit of social, cultural and financial goals, but also the transmission of tangible and intangible values to future generations. In this context, the use of multi-criteria approaches helps to synthesise stakeholders' preferences based on multiple and conflicting criteria, with the aim of promoting sustainable solutions for the restoration and valorisation of valuable architectural assets.

Fast and reliable identification of Radio Frequency Indentification (RFID) tags by means of anticollision (MAC) protocols has been a problem of substantial interest for more than a decade. However, improvements in identification rate have been slow, as most solutions rely on sequential approaches that try to avoid collisions, which have limited margin for performance improvement. Recently, there has been growing interest in concurrent techniques that exploit the structure of collisions to recover tag IDs.
