Polyhalite-based POLY4, a multi-nutrient source containing potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sulphur, is increasingly recognised for its potential to improve crop yields and soil health in agricultural systems. It is also been considered as a feasible approach for addressing the deficiency in potassium, calcium, and sulphur within a single application source. The present study aimed to investigate the impact of polyhalite-based POLY4 application, either as a complete or partial substitute for traditional potassium fertiliser and gypsum supplement, on the improvement of peanut () growth and soil quality.

Fourier transform infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance, ultraviolet-visible, electron paramagnetic resonance, and high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and powder X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the synthesized HL and its metal complexes. Conductance measurements, magnetic moment estimation, and metal estimation have all been determined and discussed.

Materials And Methods: Internal resorption cavities were simulated in 20 human permanent maxillary incisors that were then divided into two groups: group I - biodentine and group II - chitosan scaffold combined with biodentine. The samples were evaluated for the mineralization activity at the end of the 7th day and 14th day using scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX) analysis.

Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS) is an important viral disease of swine that causes significant mortality in piglets and production losses in adult pigs. In this study, we investigated the protective efficacy of an inactivated PRRS virus vaccine candidate and evaluated the differences in PRRSV specific anamnestic response in piglets when challenged with live PRRSV at two different intervals post-immunization. Six-week-old piglets were immunized intramuscularly with an inactivated, Montanide ISA-206 adjuvanted Indian PRRSV isolate, followed by a booster dose at 21 days post-immunization.
