[Impairement of the platelet lipid membrane composition in severe angina pectoris].

Investigation was performed on 54 patients with angina pectoris. The patients were divided into three groups. Group 1 included patients with angina pectoris of functional classes I-II, group 2 consisted of the patients with angina pectoris classes III-IV, and group 3--unstable angina pectoris.

[Thrombocytic lipids in different clinical manifestations of myocardial infarction].

The stady was made of changes in lipid composition of platelet membranes in various clinical manifestations of myocardial infarction (MI). Phospholipids, cholesterol and its ethers in platelet membranes were studied which thinlayer chromatography in 98 MI patients aged 30-60 years and 20 healthy subjects aged 32-56 years. In acute MI platelet membrane shows metabolic disturbances while subacute phase and scarring are characterized by positive membrane processes.
