Objective: Physical stress associated with the static posture of neurosurgeons over prolonged periods can result in fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders. Objective assessment of surgical ergonomics may contribute to postural awareness and prevent further complications. This pilot study examined the feasibility of using wearable technology as a biofeedback tool to address this gap.

Objective: The secondary phase of spinal cord injury (SCI) is characterized by ischemic injury. Spinal cord perfusion pressure (SCPP), calculated as the difference between mean arterial pressure (MAP) and intrathecal pressure (ITP), has arisen as a therapeutic target for improving outcomes. Cerebrospinal fluid drainage (CSFD) may reduce ITP and thereby increase SCPP.

Sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a rare head-and-neck neoplasm that has a propensity to locally invade vital structures. Background: Fascia lata remains a popular and robust graft to repair osteodural defects in endoscopic neurosurgery. Classically, this graft is obtained via a large incision in the thigh that is prone to pain and muscle herniation after surgery.

Objective: To present a novel technique for harvesting fat and fascia lata graft and reapproximating the edges via an endoscopic approach through the thigh using an "outside-in" technique to prevent muscle herniation.
