Background: Whether it is effective and safe to extend the time window of intravenous thrombolysis up to 24 hours after the last known well is unknown. We aimed to determine the efficacy and safety of tenecteplase in Chinese patients with acute ischemic stroke due to large/medium vessel occlusion within an extended time window.
Methods: Patients with ischemic stroke presenting 4.
Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), a single-gene-inherited kidney disease, is a common cause of end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). The PKD1 gene mutation is the most common cause of ADPKD, accounting for approximately 78% of cases. ADPKD is characterized by the scattered distribution of multiple cysts in the renal parenchyma, ultimately leading to ESKD.

Bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) is a clinical manifestation of BO in patients who have undergone lung transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Persistent inflammation and fibrosis of small airways make the disease irreversible, eventually leading to lung failure.

In this work, we perform a comprehensive first-principles study to elucidate the interplay of electronic excitation and magnetism in twisted magnetic CrSBr bilayers. We predict a twist-induced quantum phase transition for interlayer magnetic coupling and estimate the critical twist angle below which moiré magnetism with mixed ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic domains could emerge.
