Neurocognitive disorders are a major public health challenge, affecting 55 million people, and are projected to triple by 2050. This year's research highlights pathological mechanisms such as mitochondrial dysfunction and brain inflammation. Modifiable risk factors, such as vision loss, underscore the importance of early prevention.

However, there are limited data on the performance of dynamic CTP, which allows noninvasive adjudication of regional myocardial blood flow. Purpose To compare the diagnostic performance of regadenoson-stress dynamic CTP with that of CCTA, using fractional flow reserve (FFR) and the index of microvascular resistance (IMR) as reference standards for epicardial coronary circulation and coronary microcirculation, respectively.

Recent studies have highlighted the changes in metabolism as one of the main drivers of organism dysfunctions during aging and how that strongly deteriorate immune cell performance and function. Indeed, a dysfunctional immune system has been shown to have a pleiotropic impact on the organism, accelerating the overall aging process of an individual.

We present the case of a 64-year-old male with a palpable neck mass on the left side, diagnosed as a CBT through imaging studies. Given the tumor's increasing size and rich vascularization, percutaneous preoperative embolization with Onyx under ultrasound and angiographic guide, was performed to minimize intraoperative complications.
