The use of valve-in-valve transcatheter aortic valve implantation (ViV-TAVI) is increasing, but studies evaluating clinical outcomes in these patients are scarce. Also, there are limited data to guide the choice of valve type in ViV-TAVI. The case of a 54-year-old man diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy is reported. The patient had been implanted with a two-chambered pacemaker for a complete atrioventricular block 12 years before.
