Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or pharmacological therapy are considered to be effective in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Anxiety patients frequently suffer from comorbid psychiatric disorders such as depression or substance disorders. Ongoing substance disorders and/or severe depressive symptomatology often are the reason why patients are not treated by outpatient psychotherapy.

Script-animation, a new method for prototypically describing and replicating natural movements of the human body, is introduced in this paper. The principal elements are the technique for producing scripts of behavior through biomechanical taxonomy, and the digital interface, which feeds the positional codes to the respective body structures of a computer doll. Illustrating the new method, all gestural movements from 59 political leaders as they appeared in TV-broadcasts news were reanimated on a simple doll.

A panel of monoclonal antibodies was generated against the urea-based hapten N-(2-N-chloroacetylaminobenzyl)-N'-4-chlorophenylurea as a tool for building up sensitive immune assays to detect urea derivatives and to screen them for catalytic antibodies (Abs). Eleven hybridomas were obtained that produced Abs reactive to the hapten. All Abs were of IgG class.
