Background: Clear-cell carcinoma, a rare malignancy of the minor salivary gland of the soft palate, is diagnostically challenging neoplasm due to its rarity and overlapping features with other neoplasms. We report a case of atypical presentation, diagnostic challenges, and long-term follow-up post-surgical resection of the tumor, which adds valuable insights to literature on this rare malignancy.
Case Presentation: A 34-years-old Pakistani female came to the hospital with a 2 × 2 cm ulcerative lesion of soft palate.

Background: The epidemiology of multiple sclerosis (MS) is complex due to the interaction of various risk factors. This study assesses the global, regional, national and sub-national burden of MS and predicts future trends.
Methods: Data from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2021 was analyzed to assess the epidemiology of MS from 1990 to 2021.
The widespread presence of plastic debris in marine ecosystems was first highlighted as a serious concern in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and the 1972 London Convention. This realization identified plastic pollution as one of the major global environmental issues. Majorities of plastic debris are neither recycled nor incinerated, as a result, it eventually makes its way into lakes, rivers, and oceans.
