Lameness is an economically significant, production-limiting syndrome that adversely affects the (re)production performance of animals besides deteriorating the quantity and quality aspects of milk in dairy cattle. The present study aimed to explore the potential biomarkers for painful foot lesions in indigenous Tharparkar and crossbred Vrindavani cattle affected with lameness. The differentially expressed genes in lame versus healthy animals were elucidated using microarray analysis and validated them by qRT-PCR.

Thus, it is necessary to determine the amount of sodium ions present in the blood. Electrochemical sensing is an efficient methodology for detecting lower concentrations of ions even with fewer samples.

Materials And Methods: One hundred and fifty patients were included in the present study who received 46 Gy/23 fractions/4½ weeks of external beam radiotherapy with concurrent cisplatin chemotherapy, followed by intracavitary brachytherapy of 3 different fractionations regimens, i.e.
In fermented plant foods, phenolic compounds are metabolized by 2-ene reductases, which reduce double bonds adjacent to an aromatic rings in phytochemicals, including hydroxycinnamic acids, isoflavones, and flavones. Only few 2-ene reductases of lactic acid bacteria were characterized, including the hydrocinnamic reductases HcrB and Par1, and the daidzein reductase of Lactococcus lactis. This study aimed to characterize HcrF, a homologue of HcrB, in Limosilactobacillus fermentum.
