Skilled midwifery care for LGBTQIA+ people is a human right, however LGBTQIA+ people have been under-served in perinatal care by the privileging of cisgender heterosexual endosex women as recipients of care. The education of midwives and other professionals to provide LGBTQIA+ inclusive care is a critical component of wider strategies to address LGBTQIA+ discrimination in perinatal care. This paper responds to this challenge by discussing an innovative and holistic approach to introducing and embedding LGBTQIA+ health equity into one midwifery education programme in Aotearoa New Zealand.

These fluids are the result of multiple tissues and cell types and contain extensive, highly complex, and dynamic protein populations that reflect both the transcriptional program of the originating cells and a record of the individual's health status. Body fluids are readily accessible to clinicians and researchers, and as such proteomic analyses are an important component of clinical studies, fertility studies, oral health studies, and forensic investigations.

The hair shaft proteome reflects both structural proteins, dominated by cuticular intermediate filament keratins and associated proteins, and proteins involved in the final cellular processes of terminally differentiating corneocytes prior to cornification. These distinct biological processes involve cell maintenance, biosynthesis, senescence, and xenobiotic response.

Objective: Burnout is commonly viewed as having three constituent symptoms forming a definable syndrome. This paper seeks to detail a number of burnout profiles as faced by psychiatrists in clinical practice and which can lead to diagnostic dilemmas.
Conclusions: While those with burnout appear less likely to present to psychiatrists than to other mental health practitioners, there appear to be a number of differing clinical profiles, and so arguing for consideration of a burnout syndrome in the differential diagnosis of some less prototypic clinical presentations.
Darwin and Bateman suggested that precopulatory sexual selection is more intense on males than females, and that this difference is due to anisogamy (i.e., dimorphism in gamete size and number).
