[Control of highly toxic N-nitrosamines (N-nitrosodimethylamine and N-nitrosodiethylamine) content in baby's cereals].

This paper proposes gas chromatography-mass-spectrometry method for determination of N-nitrosamines (N-nitrosodimethylamine and N-nitrosodiethylamine) in dry baby cereals (milk and milk-free). According to the results of the experimental studies, the method of sample preparation has been substantiated. This is the method of distillation with superheated steam, concentration of distillate on cartridges of automatic system of solid phase extraction.
