[Determination of N-nitrosodiphenylamine in meat canned food for children by the method of chromato-massspectrometry].

This study demonstrates the results obtained from the GC/MS experimental determination of low concentrations of N-nitrosodiphenylamine in meat canned baby food in the concentration range of 0.027-3.89 mg/kg.
