[Unilateral intracavernous phalloprosthetics of erectile dysfunction].

258 patients with erectile dysfunction have undergone incomplete intracavernous phalloprosthetic operation (ICFPO) to maximally preserve unaffected cavernous tissue. Indications for this procedure are formulated. Adequate axial stability of the phallus after ICFPO was ensured by improved design of the monolithic polyethylene rod.

[Effect of biliary decompression on the results of the surgical treatment of gunshot wounds of the liver].

The purpose of this study consisted in providing experimental grounds to prove the efficiency of the biliferous tract decompression at surgical treatment of gunshot wounds of the liver. The experiments were carried out on 39 dogs. It was ascertained that within 3 to 5 days after gunshot injury to the liver the conditions for normal bile discharge from the liver into the duodenum get hampered.
