The passing and optic-density parameters registered by a photometric device were estimated, on the basis of a simple modeled system, with respect to the ratio between the absorption band width and the heterogeneous radiation degree. The impacts of heterogeneous radiation on the validity of the Bueguer'-Lambert's-Baire's law were elucidated.

The potentialities of photometry in the ultraviolet, visible, and infrared spectra are compared. Errors associated with neglect of the Booger-Lambert-Ber law, nonmonochromic light, inconstant length of optic route, and non-optimal choice of optic density range are analyzed.

The effect on the liver phospholipid composition of 1-methyl-4-phenyl -1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and liposomes containing L-DOPA and those devoid of it was studied in experiments on C57B1/6 mice. The content of separate phospholipid fractions was expressed in percentage of lipid phosphorus, in nmol lipid phosphorus per 1 mg tissue, and in nmol lipid phosphorus per 1 mg protein. It was found that the content of phosphatidylinositide and phosphatidylethanolamine changed under the effect of MPTP.
