The morbidity with temporary disability was studied by the results of regular medical examinations of workers from a lead-producing plant. The working conditions at this plant exert adverse effects on digestive organs.

[Economic efficiency of medical care in the preparation of young men for military service].

The paper considers topical problems of medical examination of young men to define the category of their fitness for military service and organizational aspects of three-stage implementation in this area under the present conditions. Appropriate methods for evaluating economic efficiency have been developed and tested. They make it possible to deduce in situ an integral to assess activities in medical providing the preparation of young men for military service in the context of years, some nosological entities, and medical facilities.
