Case: A 70-year-old man was brought to our hospital emergency department with accidental thermal burns. Surgical tracheostomy was carried out on day 8 after admission, followed by several profuse bleeding episodes from the orifice. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography of the neck revealed a small nodule with arterial phase enhancement that was suspected to be a pseudoaneurysm.

We describe a case of bilateral renal cell carcinoma with the tumor thrombus in the inferior vena cava. A 71-year-old male was admitted to our department for, careful examination of bilateral renal tumors. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) revealed bilateral solid enhanced renal masses with the tumor thrombus in the inferior vena cava (IVC) and the left renal vein.

A 73-year-old man presented with an ulcer and a subcutaneous nodule where he was receiving leuprorelin acetate injections to treat his prostatic carcinoma. Pathological findings of a skin biopsy showed many epithelioid granulomas with multinuclear giant cells, which contained small vacuoles. Recently, these lesions have been suggested to be caused by a type IV allergic response to the copolymer of lactic and glycolic acids used as a vehicle for drug administration.
