Background: Breast cancer, a potential traumatic stressor, may be accompanied by positive changes, such as post-traumatic growth (PTG), which may allow patients to overcome this stressful event more easily. Our aim was to identify factors associated with PTG in breast cancer survivors (BCSs).
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study in Seintinelles volunteers who answered online questionnaires.
Background: Among rugby players, anterior shoulder dislocation is challenging to treat during the in-season period. It often leads to recurrent shoulder instability and requires prolonged rest post-surgery. No studies have determined the effectiveness of immobilization, early muscle strength training, or both in preventing reinjury in this population.

This study aimed to assess the immediate effects of transcutaneous spinal direct current stimulation (tsDCS) on pain outcomes, measured using the visual analog scale (VAS) and pressure pain thresholds in a cohort of 55 participants experiencing chronic pain using a controlled, randomized trial with 55 participants allocated into 2 groups: 2 mA and 0.5 mA of tsDCS for 20 min. Anodal stimulation was applied on the 12th thoracic vertebra, with the cathode positioned on the 7th cervical vertebra.

Background: Goldenhar syndrome is a clinically heterogeneous disorder defined by a rare combination of congenital anomalies-an eye abnormality, in addition to two of the following three: ear anomalies, mandibular malformations, and vertebral defects. Notably, children with Goldenhar syndrome present with a high incidence of cervical spine malformations.
Clinical Case: In this report, we present an unusual case of a 15-year-old child with Goldenhar syndrome, who additionally presents with some clinical features of VACTERL syndrome.
Many adults suffer from insomnia. Cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia is the recommended treatment option, but access to it is not readily available. Digital interventions have the potential to close the treatment gap by offering scalable and cost-efficient options.
