Background: Acacetin (AC) is a flavonoid compound with antiperoxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiplasmodial activity. However, the solubility of AC is poor and nano acacetin (Nano AC) was synthesized. The intestinal mucosal barrier is impaired in sepsis rats, and the protective effects and mechanism of AC and Nano AC on the intestinal mucosal barrier are unclear.

Based on in vitro data, the oxidative hepatic metabolism of zongertinib is principally driven by cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A4/5. Therefore, zongertinib may be affected by strong CYP3A inducers, like carbamazepine.

The circulating multi-omics data included immunomics (731 immune cell types), proteomics (4907 plasma proteins), metabolomics (1400 metabolites and 486 additional metabolites), and 91 inflammatory factors.
