Mature aggressive B-cell lymphomas, such as Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), show variations in microRNA (miRNA) expression. The entity of High-grade B-cell lymphoma with 11q aberration (HGBCL-11q) shares several biological features with both BL and DLBCL but data on its miRNA expression profile are yet scarce. Hence, this study aims to analyze the potential differences in miRNA expression of HGBCL-11q compared to BL and DLBCL.

Unfortunately, much of the data contained in EHRs are not optimally structured for even the most sophisticated AI approaches. There are very few published efforts investigating methods for recording discrete data in EHRs that would not slow current clinical workflows or ways to prioritise patient characteristics worth recording.

Here we describe a unique class of p38α inhibitors with ultralong target residence times (designated ULTR-p38i) that robustly inhibit p38α downstream signaling and induce distinct biological phenotypes.

Gene expression profiling (GEP) has delineated 2 prognostic subtypes within PTCL-NOS, PTCL-TBX21 and PTCL-GATA3, characterized by distinctive transcriptomes and a different prognosis. To further evaluate the pathologic features of these subgroups, 101 PTCL cases that did not meet specific criteria for well-defined T-cell lymphoma entities underwent detailed pathologic, immunophenotypic (including T follicular helper [T] biomarkers), and GEP analyses, separating them into PTCL-NOS (n = 63) and PTCL-TFH (also known as nodal PTCL-TFH, NOS, and TFH lymphoma, NOS) (n = 38).

Its large-cell presentation is difficult to distinguish from nodal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (nDLBCL) due to the absence of specific markers for nodal marginal zone lymphomas in general.
Methods: Using a comprehensive cohort of NMZLs and a control cohort of nDLBCLs, we conducted a methylome analysis on subgroups of both.
