- VMAT (Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy) is a new technique for cranio-spinal irradiation (CSI) gaining traction in Tunisia, with a study comparing its dosimetric outcomes to 3DCRT (Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy).
- The results showed that VMAT offers better target volume coverage and protection for some organs at risk, although it increases low-dose exposure to non-target tissue.
- However, VMAT also requires longer treatment and beam-on times compared to 3DCRT, raising considerations for its implementation in low to middle-income countries.

Introduction: Castleman's disease (CD) is a rare and benign disease often identified in the mediastinum with few cases in the head and neck area. Parapharyngeal Castleman's disease was rarely reported in the literature. The aim of our work was to discuss the management of this particular location of CD.
