Charcot arthropathy is characterized by joint dislocations, pathologic fractures, and debilitating deformities. Syphilis was believed to be the most common cause of Charcot arthropathy a century back, but now, it is one of the rare causes which get missed in the routine evaluation. We present a rare case of syphilitic Charcot joint in a middle aged, paraplegic, wheel-chaired bound male, who presented with a history of recurrent painless joint swelling.

The hosing function simulates the influx of fresh water due to the melting of the Greenland ice sheet and increased precipitation in the North Atlantic. The Υ indicator is designed to detect changes in the memory properties of the dynamics and is based on fitting auto-regressive moving-average models in a sliding window approach to time series data.

However, behavioral states such as foraging or courtship typically persist over long time scales to ensure proper execution. It remains unclear how neural circuits generate persistent behavioral states while maintaining the flexibility to select among alternative states when the sensory context changes.

To answer this question on how it compares and contrasts with ARDS from other causes, the authors reviewed the published literature and management guidelines as well as their own clinical experience while managing patients with COVID-19 ARDS. For research, a PubMed search was conducted on 01.
