[Treatment of erectile dysfunction in patients with chronic prostatitis using vibromagnetic lazer].

The study was aimed to evaluation of the effectiveness of vibromagnitic lazer therapy (VMLT) of erectile dysfunction (ED) in patients with chronic prostatitis (CP). The study included 40 patients with CP, aged 22 to 45 years. CP duration ranged from 6 months to 9 years, ED--from 6 months to 7 years.

[The successive reduction of Cr(VI) and NO3- or Mn(IV) ions present in the cultivation medium of denitrifying bacteria].

A study of the reduction of chromium (VI) and nitrate or manganese (IV) ions present in the cultivation medium of denitrifying bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas showed that Cr(VI) ions are reduced first. The rate of Cr(VI) reduction was found to be independent of the presence of Mn(IV) or nitrate ions in the medium.
