Materials And Methods: Analysis of an inception cohort of 46 patients with isolated untreated SCC classified as T3N0M0 and minimum 10-year follow-up, consecutively treated by SCPL between 1982 and 2012 in a French university teaching hospital. The main endpoint was 5- and 10-year actuarial survival and local control estimates.
