Our purpose was to evaluate the approach of two different chatbots (ChatGPT and Gemini) to a list of questions about emergency department as a border area between hospital and territory. This study was performed in a single day, on 3 March 2024. Two different questions were sequentially type in Italian language, the same for each chatbot: definition of the emergency department as a border zone in Italy; possible solutions to the previous question.

Purposes: To evaluate whether mandibular advancement device therapy is recommended in patients affected by obstructive sleep apnea.

Methods: In order to predict oral appliances therapy response, drug induced sleep endoscopy with cardio-respiratory polygraphy and mandibular advancement device simulator was carried out. Patients in which upper airway obstruction was resolved on all levels and AHI was normalized (< 5/h), were referred for oral appliance therapy.

Introduction: Concomitant manifestation of PPRCA in one eye and RP-like retinopathy in the fellow eye is a rare clinical entity, with limited published descriptions to date. The aim of this study is to describe comprehensive clinical evaluations and long-term follow-up of three patients affected by this clinical picture.
