Objective: To assess the therapeutic quality of exercise interventions delivered in chronic low back pain (cLBP) trials using the international Consensus on Therapeutic Exercise aNd Training (i-CONTENT) tool and its inter-rater agreement.

Methods: We performed a meta-research study, starting from the trials' arms included in the published Cochrane review (2021) 'Exercise therapy for chronic low back pain'. Two pairs of independent reviewers applied the i-CONTENT tool, a standardised tool designed to ensure the quality of exercise therapy intervention, in a random sample of 100 different exercise arms.

An assessment scheme is proposed to evaluate GBM gross tumor core and T2-FLAIR hyper-intensity segmentations on preoperative multicentric MR images as a function of tumor morphology and MRI characteristics. 74 gross tumor core and T2-FLAIR hyper-intensity BraTS-Toolkit and DeepBraTumIA automatic segmentations, and 42 gross tumor core neurosurgeon manual segmentations were accordingly evaluated. Background: Heart failure (HF) is strongly associated with inflammation. In pressure overload (PO)-induced HF, cardiac stress triggers adaptive immunity, ablation or inhibition of which blocks disease progression. We hypothesized that PO-HF might fulfill the often-used criteria of autoimmunity: if so, the associated adaptive immune response would be not only necessary but also sufficient to induce HF; it should also be possible to identify self-antigens driving the autoimmune response.

Pulse decomposition analysis (PDA) has been proposed to extract reliable information from photoplethysmography (PPG) morphology by decomposing the signal in its physiological sub-waves. The Gaussian model has been widely used in the literature, even though it often underperforms because it is limited to symmetric morphologies.
