The aging-associated secretory phenotype (SASP) is a heterogeneous phenotype of cells secreting pro-inflammatory cytokines, growth factors, apoptosis' regulatory molecules, and proteases. SASP is one of the three main hallmarks of senescent cells. Dysregulation of the synthesis of SASP-forming molecules leads to the development of age-associated diseases, including cardiovascular pathology.

Objective: Based on a retrospective analysis, to evaluate technical results and functional outcomes at discharge after endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) in anterior circulation out of 6-hours «therapeutic window» in patients with stroke.

Material And Methods: The retrospective analysis of EVT in 594 acute stroke patients (303 male, 291 female, median age 69 years) with the anterior circulation large vessel occlusion was performed. EVT was carried out before 6 hrs in 550, later in 44 patients.

The authors have analyzed an experience with treatment of 16 patients. All the patients had renovascular hypertension (RVH) and 3 of them had renal dysfunction. Revascularization of the kidneys (RK) was fulfilled in 11 patients by shunting (9) or prosthesis (2) of the renal arteries.
