[On nitrates standardisation in human daily food intake].

The aim of the work was to develop scientifically proved standards on nitrates in the human daily food ration. Six-month biological experiment was performed. The laboratory animals were given food nitrates as a part of their nutritional ration according to the generally accepted procedure that allows to administer the chemical compound (nitrates) as a pure substance.
