Clinical and laboratory characteristics of solitary rectal ulcer syndrome: a retrospective analysis of 36 case.

The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical, laboratory, and histological characteristics of solitary rectal ulcer syndrome (SRUS) and assess the outcomes associated with various management strategies. This retrospective observational study was conducted at Giresun Education and Research Hospital. This study included patients diagnosed with SRUS between January 2020 and January 2024.

Turkish validity and reliability of Burnout Syndrome Assessment Scale for nurses working in intensive care units.

Aims: This study aimed to translate the Burnout Syndrome Assessment Scale (BOSAS) for Nurses Working in Intensive Care Units into Turkish validity and reliability.

Methods: The questionnaire was planned to be of a methodological type and translation-back translation methods were used to translate it into Turkish. The content validity was established by submitting it to a panel of 12 faculty members with expertise in nursing.

In this study, Diels-Alder reaction was performed to sulfolene and endo/exo-diacetate compounds. After a series of reactions, new conduritol A and F analogs containing oxo-bridge and naphthalene rings in their structures were synthesized. To the starting compound, bromination, elimination, singlet oxygen reaction, acetylation, selective oxidation with osmium tetroxide (OsO), and m-chloroperbenzoic acid (m-CPBA), re-acetylation, and finally hydrolysis of the compounds by NH(g)/MeOH reactions were carried out.
