Timely diagnosis of clinically significant portal hypertension (CSPH) is of pivotal importance, prompting the exploration of noninvasive diagnostic tools such as liver stiffness and spleen stiffness measurement.

Cancer patients are particularly susceptible to readmission and often face complex care needs.
