Objective: To compare the results of endoscopic vacuum therapy (EVT) and open surgery for esophageal perforations.
Material And Methods: The study included 60 patients with esophageal perforations between 2010 and 2022. The main group included 29 patients who underwent minimally invasive treatment with EVT, the control group - 31 patients after open surgical interventions.
Objective: The aim: Aim of study is to assess the influence of urgent reperfusion strategy on the levels of vWf, PAI-1 and sCD40L in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2).
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 255 patients with acute myocardial infarction took part in the study, they were divided into four groups depending on the presence of concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2 and performed treatment: I group - 83 diabetic patients who were underwent urgent reperfusion therapy; II group - 60 diabetic patients who received standard anticoagulant therapy; III group - 65 non-diabetic patients who were underwent urgent reperfusion therapy; IV group - 47 non-diabetic patients who received standard anticoagulant therapy. The levels of von Willebrand factor, PAI-1 and sCD40L were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
Vascular cystic adventitious degeneration (CAD) is a rare disease of unclear etiology that affects mainly the popliteal artery (up to 85-90% of cases). Clinical manifestations are similar to aneurysm of the popliteal artery. CAD occurs mainly in males of the 4 and 5 decades of life (range 10-77 years).

They were additionally divided into two subgroups depending on the treatment (percutaneous coronary intervention or conservative therapy).

Developing seeds of some higher plants are photosynthetically active and contain chlorophylls (Chl), which are typically destroyed at the late stages of seed maturation. However, in some crop plant cultivars, degradation of embryonic Chl remains incomplete, and mature seeds preserve green colour, as it is known for green-seeded cultivars of pea (Pisum sativum L.).
