[Molecular genetic characteristic of dinucleotide loci in parthenogenetic lizards Darevskia unisexualis].

In the present study, the first molecular genetic investigation of dinucleotide (GT)n microsatellite loci in parthenogenetic lizards Darevskia unisexualis was performed. New polymorphic locus, Du214, (GeneBank ac no. EU252542) was identified and characterized in detail.

[Construction of the vector based on the CELO avian adenovirus genome providing enhanced expression of secreted alkaline phosphatase gene in a non-permissive system in vitro and in vivo].

Aviadenovirus CELO is a promising vector for gene delivery to eukaryotic cells, including mammalian cells. In the present state of affairs, it gives a chance to apply recombinant adenoviruses CELO against animal pathogens. High expression level of transgene consisting of virus vector is necessary to reach protective humoral and T-cell immune answer.

[Nucleotide sequences of the microsatellite locus Du215 (arm) allelic variants in the parthenospecies Darevskia armeniaca (Lacertidae)].

Using monolocus PCR analysis with the pairs of primers designed for the Du215 locus of Darevskia unisexualis, allelic polymorphism at the orthologous locus in the populations of the related parthenospecies D. armeniaca was investigated. It was demonstrated that Du215 (arm) locus was polymorphic and in the populations of parthenospecies D.

[Effect of secondary prophylaxis on quality of life in gerontologic patients at the rehabilitation center for the disabled Patriotic war veterans in local sanatorium].

Aim: To study efficacy of sanatorium treatment of aged patients with gastroenterological and locomotor diseases in the heriatric center.

Material And Methods: 100 patients were investigated for effects of sanatorium treatment on quality of life.

Results: Clinical symptoms depended on the patients' age.
